Rajesh Jaggi, vice chairman – real estate, Everstone Group, which backs Indospace, is bullish on the prospects of multi-storeyed in-city warehouses. Jaggi is confident that the relatively new model will pick up in the country amidst strong demand, even though the pace of development of in-city warehouses will be slower than that of large-format facilities.
