- Interlinking various Projects, with which Client is associated, to deliver best possible plan for utilization of resources and allocation of funds.
- Drafting Proposals and outlining contracts with vendors and contractors.
- Understanding the requirements of the Projects and suggesting best use of modern methods that can be utilized in a cost effective manner.
- Providing a list of NOCs/Approval required for the Project.
- Generating reminders and notifications for renewal of NOCs/ permits atleast two months prior to validity end date.
- Maintaining a corporate level MIS of Invoices, work orders, proposals, approvals, marketing policies, SOPs, agents associated with the project.
- Incorporating changes on RERA portal w.r.t project, in case any changes in planning takes place in-course of the project.
- Keeping web-portal upto date by submitting additional information asked by RERA apart from regular and standard compliances.
- Periodic feasibility and cash-flow analysis of the project.

He specializes in organizational strategy, fund raising, all land related matters and Government Liaisoning. He is a Law Graduate from Faculty of Law, Delhi University and MBA, Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad.
She is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience in management consultancy, brand strategy and digital marketing. She is a Math’s graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi and MBA in Finance and Marketing from FORE School of Management, Delhi. She is also a graduate of NSRCEL IIM Bangalore where she completed Entrepreneurial Studies.
